Some of the services we offer our customers are:
Repairs
All repairs are treated as urgent and our policy is to first attempt to repair a product before we replace it with the same or similar product.
Lite Optec has a well-organised service and repairs facility of 8 people.
We have optical collimation equipment for riflescopes and binoculars, and also run a full service and repair facility for Maglite flashlight repairs.
We also have the facility for knife, multi-tool repairs, sharpening or servicing.
Engraving
As an additional service, Lite Optec offers engraving and branding on the majority of our products, we have our own in-house engraving department employing 2 full time staff members who oversee all our engraving jobs from start to finish.
We are currently operating 2 C02 laser-engraving machines as well as a Jag laser-engraving machine.
We also outsource a number of other branding options for our customer in order to provide our clients with the best possible service.
Services to Clients
We have effective working administration systems covering credit management, stock and Debtors, sales management, import management and distribution.
Service, availability of stock, and the fact that we only sell at a wholesale level, has given our company a respected position as a supportive wholesaler to the retail trade and promotional gifts market.
We promote and advertise aggressively and these efforts are aimed at stimulating the retail consumer to purchase from the retail dealers.
We consistently deliver information and products to our customers and business partners as and when they need it.
